The menu was very clear about gf options, and there was a good number of them. The wait staff was great, and our waitress asked if my gf was due to allergy or preference, which I always consider a good sign. Unfortunately, the food I had (the lemon ricotta french toast, scrambled eggs, and hash browns) just weren’t very tasty. I would give it another try in the future, but I wouldn’t order those items again.

Great food, friendly staff, and my celiac son has never had an issue. We go for breakfast once a week. He gets the gf French toast. He loves it! Staff know and understand celiac. I love their gf Johnny cake special. Lots of choices for fellow gf friends

The food was wonderful! There were a ton of gluten free options. The sweet potato hash was amazing and the staff was so friendly. We ate there multiple times during our trip.

So many gf options. Didn't have gluten free waffles but their French toast (using some kind of large roll) was really tasty. They have all kinds of fillings and toppings and really good coffee. The waitress said their homefrues are gluten free, even though it wasn't clear in the menu. And my bacon was delicious as well. They can mark your order as an allergy and prepare it in a separate pan. Very friendly and attentive service. My non-gf husband and son enjoyed their meal very much too..... We all left completely full.

Such great food and service - the perfect old school diner. A member of the management team (i think the kitchen manager!) has celiac so they are so fantastic with awareness and cross contamination!

A tiny throw-back diner. Very good gluten-free experience. Very helpful staff who understood GF and took steps for prevention of cross contamination. Also had almond milk for coffee.

The staff here is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They always ask if it is allergy or preference. Such a cozy little spot and the coffee is great. I’ve never had a reaction here. Highly recommend!!

LOVE this place!!! Eaten here many times and never got sick. Everything is delicious and you can call in an order if you don't want to wait to get in. Portions are good for gf items, worth every penny!

Varied selection with knowledgeable staff and delicious food. Wish they were open for dinner!
I have been ordering the Monte Cristo (Johnny Cakes instead of French Toast) comes with home fries for over a year. I have never had a problem and I'm very sensitive to gluten. This is my favorite breakfast in Rhode Island.
