Jimbos is a seasonal business that operates from early December to early April. They have a rotating menu that is different every week but the chef is great about modifying dishes to be gluten free. The waitstaff were great and knowledgeable about allergies and celiac. They are a summer camp in the summer so used to dealing with various allergies and special diets.
