Margaritaville is the BEST place to eat when gluten free! Especially if you’re a Celiac! They have about 7.5 options on the menu that are gluten free. I say .5 because, while the spinach and artichoke dip is not marked, if you order it without naan it is gluten free (and I highly recommend it!) They have a dedicated fryer so we can have the corn chips and fries! SOOOO GOOD!!! When you order here, they have you fill out a paper that goes to the chef and the chef signs it and then it goes to the manager on duty and they sign it. I’ve never has this happen before but it made me feel EXTREMELY comfortable eating here (I have anxiety eating out so this is big for me!) I will attach a photo of the menu with the gf items circled and a picture of the form I signed for your convenience. If you are highly sensitive or celiac, I recommend eating at Margaritaville! I ate here multiple times during my trip and did not get sick!! Love love love it here.

Took the allergy very seriously. Had a wonderful meal here and felt safe.

The staff is knowledgeable about gluten allergies....along with other allergy types. They have an allergy form that gets filled out and passed to the kitchen staff and is signed off by the manager on duty. They have a designated fryer and take allergies seriously.

My boyfriend asked if the chips were gf and said yes and asked if it was celiac. I said yes and he brought out a form to tell the kitchen exactly what to do! Delicious food, amazing service!!

Don’t bother. Like other reviewers poor service while only 1/3 place full plenty of staff not sure what they were all doing. Son has gluten and dairy allergy informed waiter, reassured us no issue…30 min later different staff bring out burger w 2 pieces of cheddar cheese on it? Expla the dairy allergy and the problem, she brought it to kitchen… few min later our waiter brings out a burger without cheese sound good right?? WRONG! With the dairy allergy known, they pulled the cheese off and served the same burger see pics, I could not believe it. Manager provided weak apology on the “mix up”… was no mixup it was done purposely with intent to make it appear a new burger was made. Then came out with a document for my son to sign as a personal letter to the chef regarding his allergies?? Never in 12 years of ordering dairy free gluten free or fir any other food allergy have I come across such disregard fir the ordering customer’s legitimate health concerns see pics

I ordered the Southwest salad with no flour tortilla strips. The waiter said they could substitute corn tortilla chips instead since they are gluten free. I said sure. When the salad arrived, i ate quite a bit before realizing their flour tortilla strips were hiding under the corn ones. It was like they put them on by mistake, tried to pick them off and then missed a few by mistake. I stopped eating.

Canada only offers well done burgers. It was tasteless, and awful. The fries were burnt crispy. Their meat isn't good at all. They have a different grading scale than america. I would not recommend any beef products to anyone.

At lunch, ordered a burger with a GF bun and a side salad (with up charge) instead of fries (not GF)…..burger was SO well done it was practically stiff and my plate came out with fries…wouldn’t go back or recommend. Atmosphere was good for the kids though.

Ordered the gluten free nachos. Expressed my severe allergy and asked for clean work space, glove changes etc. the waiter had no idea what I was talking about and I got horribly sick. A few weeks later I tried the location in Orlando and they were much better. The chef came out to speak to me and said all of the ingredients were gluten free except the queso sauce which he would leave off and use regular cheese.

If I were to rate the food itself, I give it 5 stars since I did not get sick. I filled out allergy forms and the server was nice about it. If I were to rate the service, I’d give it a 2. We needed drink refills and more ketchup, which we had to seek out someone to ask for it.
I was a bit nervous going here after reading the reviews but I called and was told they are very safe, I was not disappointed. The manger brought me an allergy order form to fill out for the chef. They have kitchen space for allergies, everyone was knowledgeable. They have a new GF fryer and I did not get sick at all.

Didn’t have a lot of options of GF stuff. I had a salad that wasn’t very good. I didn’t get sick but I wouldn’t eat there again.
The server was incredibly rude, there was a crouton in my salad, and no one was overly concerned with gluten contamination. Hard pass.

Super busy when we went Saturday evening. Seated seven fairly quick. I had a gf burger with gf bun and they have a dedicated fryer. I had to double check with the bun because it was too good to be true. Manager happily came over to me and said yes that it was the right bun. Drinks are super pricy so I didn’t bother. I was not sick at all.

I ordered GF sandwich and fries there. I was a little suspicious of the bun, but it took forever for them to bring out the food and I was hungry. I am glutened.
Had a great experience and best of all I did not become ill...very thankful and also thankful for the well id menu with the gf choices...everyone was very helpful 🇺🇸

Very disappointed to find out the Volcano Nachos at this location are not gf. They fry the chips in a shared frier. The fries are safe, otherwise very limited gf options. Service was super slow, as well.

We just had a meal where they made me my own GF dish, it was chicken with a gluten free pasta. The food quality was okay but it is 1/2 hour later and I am glutened.
No
This was not a good experience. So the burger is gf if it comes with no bun. Felt like I only got a half a meal. Fries are not safe- no dedicated fryer. So unless you want a burger patty and some lettuce you are out of lunch. Staff didn't know what gf was. It was frustrating.
No
There were only 5 options. Two burgers a taco salad, pasta and chicken wings. The taco salad was basically lettuce with a tiny bit of meat/beans and toppings. I didn't even bother finishing it.
They offered GF rolls but they were dry & fell apart. The service wasn't the best either.
Small menu but diverse options. Knowledgeable about GF. Had to fill out an allergy request form and it's cooked separately in kitchen.
