I was excited to have a good burger on GF bun. Some restaurants or fast food (like chick fil a) just give you a bun wrapped separately or they fall apart while eating. But this was a nicely toasted bun like a restaurant burger should be!! Was very good. Not too thick and didn’t fall apart while eating.

I ordered the garlic burger with the gluten free bun and fries that were supposed to be gluten free. I even double checked with the waitress on the fries. I was sick before I even finished my plate.

No longer have a gluten free menu at the Panama City Beach location, per our server. Asked about gluten free options and the server didn’t seem to know beyond ‘gluten free buns available.’ Asked about the fries/fryer, and she checked with the kitchen and they were safe. No reaction to my burger and fries, but be sure to make sure your server knows gluten free.

Not many gluten free options, I had a cheeseburger on gluten free bun, fries are in a dedicated gf fryer, it was good and I didn’t get sick, but had hoped for seafood which was not marked as gluten free on the menu. This was the Panama City beach location. GF was marked in the regular menu.

Love eating at Margaritaville. Fries are GF and they offer a GF bun. I just let my waitress know about my celiacs and she was very accommodating.

I was really looking forward to eating here. Unfortunately my experience wasn't good😕 I asked my waitress about a gf menu and she couldn't have cared less, and told me to look for the symbol next to things on the menu for gf. I only asked because the menu screamed cross contamination to me. I asked if the fries were done in a dedicated fryer because of my level of sensitivity. She seemed annoyed by my asking and quickly brushed me off and said "yes". She might as well have rolled her eyes. My gluten free order came out and thankfully I opened my sandwich before taking a bite. In between my GF bun was fully a fully breaded onion ring. My waitress hadn't even come back to the table to check on our food after the kitchen staff brought it to us. I had to have another waiter send it back. All of a sudden after they served me the exact allergen I'd been trying to tell her about she acted concerned and came to let me know she'd thrown it away herself (seemingly just to save her tip at that point). I doubt I would ever return to this establishment. There were much better options I found with people who at least attempted to be concerned about celiac.

GF choices were marked on the menu. Food was good. Had a grilled chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries & the nacho appetizer. Waitress seemed helpful and knowledgeable.

We got the nachos as an appetizer. They were absolutely delicious!! They had a decent amount of gluten free options. I ordered the original burger on a gluten free bun and sweet potato fries as my side. delicious burger and the bun was very good! I felt a little nauseous after, but I probably just ate too much.

The servers are always great about gf. I always get the taco salad and have never gotten sick. I do go without the tortilla chips as I'm not sure on the cross contamination with the fryer there. But their menu is marked well for gf and we love it.

They have cut there GF options down and I was told all Sides except a side salad had gluten. Ridiculous and I won’t be back! I’m sitting in margaritaville as I write this review not eating as my family does.

This is my 2nd time and I was disappointed in the food. In all fairness, it was during the pandemic; however the quality of the food was not like what we have had here before.
Portion size is good.
Went to eat with in laws who are not gluten free. They ordered an appetizer and it just so happened that I could have it too! :). My meal was really good as well! Very happy experience!

The server was very knowledgeable and took our medical allergy orders first. The manager brought out the meals. It was very good and my girls did not get sick! They had burgers on gluten free buns with fries.

We had an amazing experience here in July 2019! Our waiter was so understanding and accommodating to my daughter's Celiac needs. We started out with the Volcano Nachos for appetizer while the lady on stilts made her a balloon animal (too cool). For the main course, she had a burger on a GF bun and fries cooked in a separate frier. The best part was the GF brownie desert with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and whipped topping. Overall, it was a great experience with no tummy aches to follow!!

I asked the waitress if they had a gluten free menu and she replied they could make almost anything gluten free, but did not go into more detail. The service was very slow and food was mediocre. It did not make my son sick, however we will not go back.
Awesome bison burger with a GF bun! Fries are even cooked in a separate frier! Delicious!

Had the catch of the day fish sandwich (grouper) w/gf bun and fries. No idsues and delicious. The jalapeno tartar sauce is to die for. Didn't miss or have room for dessert. Yummy!
I was pretty disappointed honestly. I used to go there because they had a gluten free brownie dessert. Well that is no longer on the menu. The burger was mediocre and the bread was dry. Bad waste of $50 bucks for two people.
They are all awesome!! Food was great! We always get the volcano nachos with grilled chicken!! Justin G was an outstanding server! Have a gluten allergy, he was knowledgeable, and explained process. A manager brought our food out!! We have never gotten sick from cross contamination here!!! Always our go to while in PCB!! ❤

I ate here twice on my recent vacation. One dinner, I had a grilled grouper sandwich on a gluten free bun with french fries cooked in a dedicated fryer. The other time I had a blackened grouper sandwich on a gluten free bun with french fries cooked in a dedicated fryer. Both times the waitresses were attentive and rung in my order as an allergy. They told me it would take longer for our food since the chefs would change gloves and utensils. We did have to wait a little longer for our food, but it was well worth the wait.
Gluten free choices, fries in different fryer just not the best service.
Overpriced and not good. My food was cold and the service was mediocre. The best part was the woman on stilts making balloons for our kids.

We knew this was mostly a tourist place but went to have the legendary nachos. They were excellent. Disappointing was that even though it was a slow night (off season), the service was pretty slow and our waiter uninspired. The burgers were yummy and the GF bun was good. I would try it again.
Waitress was very helpful and understanding regarding my Celiac's disease. I ordered the Cheeseburger in Paradise on GF bun and fries. They use a dedicated fryer for the fries and they're always GF! It was very good and I felt "normal" being able to eat a bun with my burger!!! Recommend!

Stopped by for a bite before leaving town. Still serving breakfast. The waitress Jessica was understanding and check with the kitchen before I put in my ordered . The kitchen even heated me a GF bun since bread wasn't a option.
Food was marginal. Our waitress knew about the gluten free menu, but didn't know anything else. We had the nachos, a cheeseburger, a chicken sandwich and sweet potato fries between us and we both got glutened. :(

Very good food. Staff was attentive to my wife's celiac. Nice atmosphere.

Awesome meal. Very knowledgeable staff

Great gluten free nachos, burgers, and fries (dedicated fryer). There are other options but we havent tested anything else. Service generally depends on the time of the year as it is a tourist location. Their GF buns are the best we've had with the exception of a few GF bakeries.

Grilled chicken platter was ok.
Margaritaville has a gluten free menu, and their servers don't look at you, panicked, when you speak of celiac. This location is no exception. We have eaten here twice with my son who has celiac with no problems. Fun atmosphere, kid- and adult-friendly. Although we did not eat them on this trip, they have GF nachos that are amazing, as well as a GF dessert optiin-- I believe a brownie. Safe bet.

Yum! Delicious place in Panama City Beach! I thoroughly enjoyed their Cheeseburger in Paradise on a gluten free bun (not many places offer gluten free breads) & was overjoyed to learn that the gf cheeseburger was the same price as the regular! Way to help people feel like you care about their allergies! Had a few issues ordering sides though. I ordered sweet potato fries, the waiter came back to say the manager said they weren't gf, then came back again to say the chef said they were. Anyway, at the end of the day, I thoroughly enjoyed the fries and burger. Thanks, Margaritaville, for a delicious gf meal!!
I got gluten-sick on their big nacho plate which is supposed to be GF. HOWEVER, that said, everything else is EXCELLENT. If you have celiac disease you gotta try it.
Yes
FOOD: fast, fresh and good.
SERVICE: friendly and fast service
MENU: good selection, gf food cooked separately from the other foods. staff seemed knowledgeable and careful.
PRICES: reasonable, no over charging like at some gf joints.
Enjoyed a great sandwich on gluten free bread.

gluten free fries and buns!
We got there about 3pm, but still waited for a table for 8 people. Our server was nice. Gluten free items were marked on the menu, but there weren't many choices besides salad and burgers. I got the volcano nachos and a side of fries because they had a separate fryer. I asked if the chili on the nachos was gluten free, and the server said it was. The nachos were tasty, but huge, and the fries were perfect. Nothing was marked from the kitchen, so I had to confirm with the food runner that my fries were gluten free. Made me nervous, but I didn't have any reactions.

Very fun environment at Pigeon Forge location. Our server was knowledgeable about gluten and we felt very comfortable. Gluten free items marked on menu. Fair variety but seemed like more burgers, fries, salads type place. We usually avoid appetizers because not many options at places, but they had huge table size GF nacho appetizer. My GF daughter loved it! We couldn’t even finish them all! Separate fryer and really liked the fries. Would go back if had the option.

Good food. Items are marked. Waitress was not knowledgeable on procedures for preparing food and food was not marked coming out. It makes me nervous as a celiac patient but we were on vacation and this a good stop.

Had a bunless burger (they do have GF buns but I just prefer it without) Waitress informed me the fries were gluten free and have a dedicated fryer. I did have a reaction to something. The fries did have seasoning on them. All plates came out the same and at the same time making me nervous from the start.

We ate here during our day exploring Key West. My daughter with Celiac’s disease got the kids cheeseburger in paradise with fries. The server was very knowledgeable about food allergies. When our meal was brought out there was a ticket with my daughter’s meal to show that they had prepared the meal gluten free. This was a first for us and we appreciate the attention to detail. She enjoyed her meal and did not get sick.
