GF menu at the front and when you inform the server you have an allergy they bring the chef out to talk with you. I have a shellfish allergy as well as being Celiac and the chef took good care of me. The fryer for French fries is a dedicated fryer, and the chef is very helpful. He brought my food out to me personally. I had the grouper sandwich and it was amazing!
