Gluten free buns for the burgers and they said the house (frozen) margarita mix was gluten free. Fries are NOT in a separate frier, so cross contamination is assured. Flavor of the food was fine, and they swapped in a salad for the fries. My order got a little messed up but it was minor and non-allergy related.

I had a good experience here and the server seemed attentive to gluten free needs. I ordered one of the burgers with a gluten free bun, and she informed me the fries were not made in a dedicated fryer. The burger was tasty and the bun was soft. And the bun also didn’t fall apart, which is always a plus!

Visited here and did not eat because I was given an honest review at the door- they are no longer safe for celiacs. The kitchen used to have separate spaces and procedures in place, and no longer do.

Offers gluten free buns for burgers. Fries are also gluten free. Food is fair tasting, drinks are very good.

I ordered the Volcano Nachos explaining my need for gf food. I didn’t ask if they had a dedicated fryer making the assumption that the server would mention it when I expressed I was Celiac. Big mistake. I had a major reaction. A good reminder to always ask about dedicated fryer. The worst part is they weren’t all that great

Been here in the past and loved the nachos and being able to have fries. Unfortunately they no longer have a dedicated fryer (they only have one for the time being, and then they will “clean” it once the other fryer is working, I don’t know if I would trust it). The burger was good and the drinks were amazing but very few options.

We came here for dinner last week and both had burgers, mine on a GF bun with a side salad instead of fries. The burger was pretty tasty, the bun not so much (pretty hard and very Udi's-like) and the iceberg side salad was pretty lackluster. The drinks were good too, and I didn't have any reaction the next day. Margaritaville wouldn't be my go-to but worked in a pinch when we arrived in town and realized we didn't have a reservation anywhere and most other places had 1 hour + waitlists.

Me and my son are both Celiac and both got sick after eating here. I had nachos and he had burger with gluten free bun. Not Celiac safe!

AMAZING food and very helpful and knowledgeable staff! Burgers scrumptious can do mashed potatoes or side salad and nachos were HUGE portion. House margarita- perfect! No dedicated fryer for fries but good if you can eat them.

They do offer gluten free burgers. I don’t know if I will have a reaction from them but it did taste good. The offered no gluten free sides, but I risked it for island rice but than they where out so they gave me plain white rice. The waiter was not very helpful but he did take the time to answer my questions.

Had a burger, came with gf bun...no concerns, felt great after!

They are NOT Celiac safe. Do not trust the. I am sick as a dog. I was told they have a specified fryer. And i was safe to order FF or Onion Rings. As i bit into an Onion ring, I thought about the breading. I spit it out and asked the waitress wheter the breading was GF. To my panic I was told Sorry No! TO LATE NOW. I will now spend the rest of my time in Vegas sick. I was offered the right to fill out a report and they wod not charge me for my meal.
They offer gluten free buns, but when my burger came out it was on a regular bun --- glad I asked if it was gluten free. Had to send it back and wait for a new one. Also... no dedicated fryers at the Las Vegas location so salad was the only side option. Waiter made me feel like a burden, will not return

Had a wonderful meal here. Enjoyed a delicious burger on a great gluten free bun. Did have a small stomach ache a few hours later. Unsure if it was related to the meal or not.
Yes
Great burger and margarita! I am severe celiac and had no reaction!
Yes
Margaritaville is always an easy place for me to eat. They always have a dedicated fryer and gluten free buns as well as a gluten free menu. (Be sure to always double check on the fryer) I've eaten at the Las Vegas, Cancun, Cozumel and Nashville locations and they have always been accomodating to celiacs !! Highly recommend.
Yes
Had the Caesar salad with grilled chicken and felt great after.
Yes
Has fish sandwich on a GF bun and our server stated that the fries were now 100% gluten free. They were exceptionally delicious. The bun didn’t fall apart and they made me plain baked fish, not blackened or fried.
Awesome staff who knew what I could order- meal was great- we shared the nachos!

Delicious food. Great ambiance. My daughter enjoyed a safely toasted gluten free bun on her burger with a side of black beans and rice. We’ve successfully eaten at this restaurant in 2 states now.

Had an awesome experience - our servers name was Jared and he was SUPER awesome and even had the chef come out and speak to me. As a celiac with Type 1 I highly recommend - ask for Jared!! He rocks!!!

I was with my family in Vegas and my wife is a Celiac And Type-1 diabetic. We explained this to the server twice when ordering. He said no problem and she had the chicken salad listed as celiac friendly, 2 hours later she was vomiting which dropped her sugar and she ended up in hospital. Not a good scene, we know there is always a risk but really? She could have died but was ok. Thank god for travel insurance since we are Canadian, the hospital bill was $4700.00 for the ambulance and 6 hour hospital stay.
No
Limited options of basically a hamburger or a fish sandwich with a salad and veggies, but they made safe food and I didn't have a reaction.
Yes
Food was cross contaminated at some point. I think when my food was on the same tray as the other food. Mild reaction, but I definitely reacted.

There weren’t a lot of options, however the waitress was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. We got the gf versions of the nachos and cheeseburger. Both were very very good. I had angry orchard to drink while the others in my party had regular beer.

Ate here a couple times on our week long trip. We stayed at Flamingo so it was very convenient. Nachos were fantastic and my fiance and I shared a burger on gluten free bun. Bun stayed together and was not dry. Very tasty!
This is hands down my fav place on the strip. The BEST nachos you can find anywhere. The staff are super knowledgeable and friendly. I love this place so much and feel very safe eating here!

Great staff, very knowledgeable. I had the burger and it was very good.
I would not recommend this for celiacs. They do not have a dedicated flyer. My daughter asked for the Asian salad which is marked gluten free and the waiter told me they use regular soy sauce. She ended up ordering the taco salad without the tortilla strips (which contain gluten) and it tested negative for gluten on our Nima.
Had a Caesar salad, it was decent. They have lots of options, but I wasn’t super hungry.

Had nachos...they are BEYOND huge! Enough for 3 men! No effects...yeah!
great food fun atmosphere. very celiac friendly just need to speak up. lots of choices. ate here 3 times during our stay.

Great food. Fries are OUT, but all the salad dressing is gluten free. I ate there 2 days in a row and loved it. no problems.
Yes
seemed very knowledgable and accommodating. I had the chicken sandwich. the waiter went and double checked with the chef that they were using a dedicated fryer for their french fries. He confirmed that they were (but this suggests that it nay not always be the case so double check before ordering).

Ate breakfast here for every morning of my stay, 4 mornings. Omlettes were delicious, I did eat the hashbrown also, they warned me it is gf, but on same griddle as pancakes ( but not same place). Gave choice of bun or fruit instead of toast, at no extra charge. Happy I found this place first day.
Food was surprisingly good for in in-casino Vegas experience. Seriously loud and raucous but still felt like they took the gf requests seriously. And my chicken sandwich was excellent.
Yes
I ate here twice during my recent visit to Las Vegas.
I ordered the cheeseburger, on the first visit I was informed by my server that I am unable to have the fries only a side salad.
On my second visit, the server seemed a little bit dosey when it came to Gluten free and he offered me the fries. I ordered the cheeseburger with a side salad again to be safe.
When the burger comes out it will have a stick to signal it's Gluten free.
I did not get I'll after eating here but I would recommend to Be Cautious when ordering sides if you have Coeliac disease.
Does not have a dedicated fryer. They offer Gluten Free buns and no precautions for cross contamination.
Service is slow but seems knowledgeable.

Server was amazing about my requirements. Sadly the kitchen sent my burger out with a regular bun so my meal had to be remade. I ate after everyone else was done.

Very friendly and great omelette for breakfast
No separate prep surfaces. Had a steak that was tough. Server was knowledgeable - just not a good environment for someone with celiac.

Had a gluten free chicken sandwich. The bun was good and soft. They are very knowledgeable about gluten-free and have gluten-free marked on their menu.

Ate here on Christmas day and was told they are now serving onions rings and that the fryer was no longer safe for celiacs. Still enjoyed the chicken sandwich, but with a side salad instead of my usual order of fries.
I asked the server to make sure the rest of the staff knew to warn customers of this latest, disappointing development.
Yes
A good amount of choices for someone with Celiac. Gluten free dedicated fryer! Loved the fries and had those with a great tasting steak! Did not get sick!
Not a whole lot of gluten free choices and when I ask the staff about the options she did not know it made me a little leery about ordering. Had a burger and fries had a slight reaction thinking it was from cross contamination.

The garlic bacon burger is sooooo good. The bun was amazing! It tasted like actual bread, the best I've ever had. They don't have a seperate menu, but the gluten free items are marked with a wheat symbol. They also have a seperate fryer for fries. As soon as I told our waitress I had a gluten allergy, she told me what I could have and made sure the kitchen knew. It was a great experience and will definitely go back.

Greeted by waitstaff and asked about allergies, they said they take gluten allergies seriously. Have separate fryers for gluten free items.
Everything on the menu you can have is marked with a wheat symbol. If you want a burger or a salad, that's pretty much what you're stuck with.
