Ask for Mary B she will hook you up. I always love this place!!!!! Wow amazing. The chef cane out to explain they change gloves, prep my stuff with new cutting board and knives and that the fries were in a dedicated fryer. He assured me they take this seriously and as I celiac I did not have to worry. No worries here and amazing food especially the fries!!!! Ps if you stay at the margaritaville hotel you can get GF room service from this restaurant. Woo hoo

My husband ordered a GF bun for his burger - mine was regular. They brought both burgers on GF buns. His was grilled/burnt and mine was cold. The cheese wasn’t melted and lettuce & tomatoes were the only dressing. Horrible food!

This place was awesome, I have very severe celiac disease so going out is always a gamble. Well right off the bat the manager reassured me that the staff knew about the disease and how serious it is. He also sat and went over the whole menu with me and recommended what he felt was safest. I got a burger in paradise with fries, the fries are the only thing that go in that fryer as they have separate fryers for all other fried foods. It is very pricey but the amount of food that you get is amazing. P.S they have a gluten free brownie sundae that is off menu that is to die for!! I felt 100% safe eating here. Also ask for patty she was the best!

Waitress was a little shaky on her Celiac/GF information but I asked for a Manager. Was told they have a separate section in their kitchen for GF prepping. I did not get sick. Will go again.

Don't bother with this location. We have been to other locations and had great experiences. Server not knowledgeable about gluten free procedures or even if fryer is dedicated or not. Managers did not follow their own procedures regarding speaking to guests with celiac disease or allergies. Waited too long to get average, cold food. Spend your money somewhere else in Pigeon Forge.

This is probably one of the best GF experiences I have ever had at a restaurant. Our server's name was Jasmine, and she went above and beyond to ensure that my meal was definitely gluten free. Margaritaville has a great gluten free menu to begin with, including GF buns for their burgers/sandwiches, and they also have a dedicated GF frier - which the fries were amazing! I had the Volcano Nachos as an appetizer, and the Cheeseburger in Paradise with fries. I so wish I could have tried their GF brownie, but I was so full! I would go back to this restaurant in a heartbeat.

Unless you get a burger, there are very few options. I was very disappointed. It was so loud that conversation at our table could not happen. The ribs were dry and horrible. Thank you for having a gf restaurant in a land of pseudo gf restaurants. Tourist areas seem to have a lot of places that say they are gluten free, but they know little to nothing about what gluten is, cross contamination, or why we are so concerned about it. Margaritaville gets it. After frustrating attempts at other places, I always know I can get a safe meal here! I may just eat here every night of our next trip and save myself the headaches.

I recently visited Pigeon Forge and decided to try Margaritaville. We ended up going twice during our trip. Our waitress was very nice and seemed to know about the importance of Gluten free food. I had the cheeseburger in Paradise and never got sick. Except for eating too much. Our second visit was a little different. Our waiter was nice and seemed to know a little about gluten free but he told me that someone would come and talk to me. What I am guessing to be the kitchen manager or someone along those lines came out and said, "so we have a gluten allergy / someone with Celiac Disease over here?" I said yes. he said " well you have no need to worry, just sit back and relax and we will take care of you. I will personally bring your food to you." i said thank you and we waited for our food. the food came out great and once again I didn't get sick other than eating too much. I plan to return during my next trip.

Two members of our party have Celiac. One ordered a gluten-free hamburger with fries and the other ordered a chicken Caesar salad. The manager did comp us a gluten-free brownie for the mistake. Aside from the croutons, the gf burger was good and so was the service.

I think that this is a great choice if you only have celiacs and no other dietary restrictions. But the food seems a bit high in price for not being that great. Someone else in my party got the filet mignon which was $28 and he finished it in two bites so I say stay away from that at least since you will still be very hungry. But the volcano nachos were gigantic so if you can eat chili I can see those being worth it.

I love love love margaritaville! I have been to a few locations, but this was my first time at the one in AC. The server got a manger who came to talk to me and then relayed what I needed to the chef. He came out a few times to clarify to be sure they were giving me a safe dairy free and gluten free meal. I had a pulled pork sandwich on a gluten free roll with fries and bbq sauce. I did misunderstand and expected the pulled pork to come in a sauce of some sort, but it was plain. So the server gave me bbq sauce on the side which I put on the sandwich myself. It was soooo delicious and I did not get sick! I also had a strawberry daiquiri which was safe and yummy too! I was so pleased with the service and understanding of allergies. I am hoping to try the breakfast here too before my vacation is over because I was just over the top happy with my experience!!!
