Ordered from the gluten free menu the volcano nachos for an appetizer. Was told that the gluten free chips were fried in a different dedicated fryer. 15 mins from my first bite and I was in a full blown wheat/gluten ingest reaction not just a contamination. We had to leave and immediately return to the hotel room. Worst reaction I've had in 15 years of diagnosis. Would not recommended this to anyone with celiac.
