This location doesn't get super busy, but we had a great experience here. We told them that we had a gluten allergy a d they had no problem getting new cutting boards from the back.

Jimmy John's does not have gluten free bread for sandwiches, but you can order a sandwich wrapped in lettuce called an 'unwich'

I wasn’t glutened but maybe it was just me but the lettuce wasn’t the freshest that’s why it’s for stars and not five. I ordered from the Hamilton location and got the jimmy cubano. Make sure you’re careful with what chips you get.
Good sandwiches because of their bread
Walked in and manager said they have nothing that doesn’t touch bread. Even the bread free I wicked are made in the same cutting boards. He was gracious and advised me not to eat there
You can get any of the sandwiches as an unwhich (lettuce wrap). They will clean all the surfaces and utensils and change gloves when you tell them you have an allergy! Highly recommend!
Have gotten the #9 UnWich multiple times and never have any reactions. Super yummy.
