This Jimmy John's offered unwich which is a wrap made with lettuce instead of tortilla shells. When I told the lady who took my order that I had Celiac and asked that my food does not get contaminated, the crew immediately cleaned off the counter, changed gloves, and made my sandwich first.

Jimmy John's does not have gluten free bread for sandwiches, but you can order a sandwich wrapped in lettuce called an 'unwich'

They unfortunately don’t offer gf sandwich buns, but do offer all Sandwiches as lettuce wraps. Without having to ask, they offered to switch gloves and use a clean/ fresh work station and utensils.
No GF bread options at any JJs locations... they offered a lettuce wrap instead. It was really awful. This was my favorite sub shop so pretty bummed.

The workers were not happy to be there and even more unhappy when I asked them to take precautions. I was glutened. I got distracted and wasn’t watching but I think they dipped from the reg container of mayo instead of a clean container.
They can make an unwhich but everything in that store is cross contaminated. The items they use for your sandwich have all been touched by someone who’s touched bread. I get sick from here 2 times then stopped going. If you have Celiac, stay away from this place
