Review of Jimmy John's

Went around 3:30 pm, which is after their busy peak lunch hour. Told them I had a gluten allergy and she immediately put on fresh gloves. I ordered a turkey sandwich with avocado in a lettuce wrap. The lettuce was very fresh and big enough for a sandwich. She seemed to have covered the entire sandwich-making area with protective paper, which I think was for me. She told her coworker he couldn't work on the sandwich because he didn't have clean gloves - so she did the whole process to the end. Keep in mind, this is a place that uses bread day in and out for 99% of their customers. So if you're really really concerned about cross contamination this is a dangerous place to begin with - but my experience was good.
