Took a lot of care with my unwich and even was worried about my chips as her previous allergy clients have eaten any chips. The manager went into the back and checked the ingredients to make sure because her bag didn't list ingredients on it.

My food was made on a separate line with glove changes and fresh ingredients.

NEVER gotten sick I always get a blt unwich (lettuce wrap instead of bread) But it’s the same price as the bread and it’s not as filling

Staff was great when I told them I was celiac. Super careful and really nice about it! The entire staff changed their gloves, even the person just handing me mayo packets.

They're able to make all their sandwiches and wraps on unwiches (lettuce wraps) and will take precautions to reduce the cross contamination with gluten if you tell them at the register you can't eat it. Only one person made my food and they used all new items (cucumbes, onions, scoops, cutting board, etc). The staff were understanding and kind and communicated with each other to ensure the risk for cross contamination was as low as they could get it.

No gluten free bread, but they have a unwich with lettuce that I got. Workers were knowledgeable about gluten allergy, changed gloves and prepared on separate cutting board. Loved it!
