YUM. Got the combo with calamari and fish and everything was so good! Large portions too and price wasn’t bad at all.
Dedicated fryer. Most fried foods can be GF. Not the onion rings, they use a beer batter. Calamari and fried clams were good. Scallops were a little overcooked for my liking.

The owners are so sweet. So nice to have gf options for fried clams , chowder, fish, shrimp! My go to-and the non gf clam cakes are the best. Gf chowders good!
This was the first time I've had fried fish and calamari since being diagnosed with Celiac, and I was blown away by the quality of the food! It didn't taste any different than the best fried seafood I had before my celiac diagnosis. The portions are huge, the picture is only half of what was left. I got 4 whole fried filets of flounder (which would mean 2 whole fish filleted). You can definitely split orders here. Dedicated fryer for fries and GF batter.
Be sure to call before going to this place for gluten free. I drove 2hrs to get here, waited in line for 40 minutes to order, then was told they had nothing gluten free except chowder. It was a serious disappointment.
Dedicated GF fryers. Loads of options - fish and chips, clams, calamari, and more. A local favorite. Highly recommend.
I'm not sure what it was, but I got sick from this food. To be fair I'm very sensitive to cross contamination but I reiterated multiple times I have a severe allergy and could not consume any gluten. They assured me they had a dedicated frier and top extra precautions for celiac disease. I ordered the combo platter with scallops and calamari (+fries) as well as a cup of chowder. The combo platter was marked gf however the chowder was not but when I asked they pointed out the gf one. I'm not sure but I'm guessing that may be where I got glutenated. Regardless I'm not going back to be on the safe side although the food was good. :(
Jimmy’s is my go-to whenever I’m in Narragansett! They have GF batter and can make GF calamari, scallops, shrimp, fries, etc. They have a dedicated fryer, the staff is incredibly helpful, and the food is delicious!

Amazing gluten free FRESH fried seafood & more… a rare gem! Staff is extremely helpful & they have a deviated fryer (we love that)

very good fresh seafood, dedicated fryer for the french fries. steamers were amazing. Simple interior nothing fancy but the food was good and inexpensive.
Gluten free dairy free calamari was crispy, tender and delicious! I watched my family eat fried sea food all week it was wonderful to join them and not get sick!
Amazing!!! GF DF calamari, bacon wrapped scallops, lobster and French Fries! Our waitress has PN allergy and was very serious about avoiding issues. I will go back every summer, wish I had found this place sooner.
