Jimmy is so nice! The food was amazing and the juices are great! We got the lemon grass lemonade and the passion fruit mojito and they were delicious. We highly recommend Jimmy’s!

Sad how unprofessional and rude the owner is, see below. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. I sure will be “eating my feelings” somewhere else.

I debated hard making this post as to not throw a business under the bus.

I ordered from Jimmys Waffle world yesterday morning (Vegan gluten free poutine). The poutine arrived with GF being written but not V. I noticed the cheese looked a little extra cheesy. I called and Jimmy mentioned having made a mistake. A new one was sent to me and I had to communicate with Uber eats myself to get the first one refunded. Please note that the picture on Uber eats shows a good size portion of poutine, I received a small square size. Very pricey for what I got.

Fast forward to the evening as my partner and I are exhausted and don’t feel like cooking. Our only safe options were Jimmy’s are I’m a super sensitive celiac and a lot of other safe chip stands were closed. I had fries, a vegan dog and a waffle. I found it bizarre that no “gf” was on the box as my partner asked this meal to be gluten free, celiac safe. Like clock work, my usual 2-3 h later of getting glutened, I got hit with nausea and protectile vomited for hours.

It may have been an off day but I will NOT be ordering there again.

I am sorry you had to go through Uber customer service for refund. We are not perfect and in the hundreds of customers we serve in a day, an honest mistake can happen.I did explained to you that as a Merchant I cannot refund after order is completed.

Perhaps you forgot to say on here that I offered to pay you back cash if you didn’t get a refund. It is funny to me, that you have ordered several time from my food truck and know our sizes of poutine that you haven’t used common sense to think you would get a bigger size through Uber.

Also if you were not aware that delivery platforms like Uber take % 30 of fees and affects our profits, therefore we have to charge more, as no one wants to work for nothing.

If you were so outraged so much after the first order, why did you order again?!

Your partner came at the window and was back and forth on his phone. He seemed unsure and ordered a vegan corn dog, fries and a waffle. Never it was mentioned of a gluten-free waffle needed. It’s probably why there was no inscription of gluten-free and on the box. I understand your frustration but it seems to me that you wanted to retaliate against my business. You probably don’t have a business yourself to understand the impact of the negative comments. I apologize we are not perfect, but a little overkill on the review. You can now eat your emotions somewhere else.😊

Jimmy’s has quickly become our favourite takeout place. Meal is always marked as gf right on the box and never have to worry about getting sick. Thankful for Jimmy and his great food truck! So nice to have a safe and reasonably priced option. Highly recommend the wavy chicken club!

Great options for Celiac people. Gf corn dogs, waffles, and waffle sandwiches. Food was tasty, the staff was knowledgeable, and I felt very safe eating here.

We ordered a corn dog, the churro waffle, and the banana split waffle. They were all very tasty, and good sized portions.

Beaucoup de choix sans gluten. Friteuse réservée sans gluten. Excellent service. Menu original. J’ai pris gaufre sandwich club, c’était goûteux. Portion énorme. Poutine excellente, j’ai jamais mangé une poutine aussi bonne avec frite croustillante.. j’y retournerai sans hésiter.

Went for the first time yesterday and LOVED IT!!! Very safe. Very aware. Very delicious! Servings are great. People are super friendly and helpful. I had a corn dog and a poutine. I don’t remember the last time I was able to eat that! To cool off I had the Passion Fruit & Mojito Mocktail. Even that was absolutely fantastic. Can’t wait to go back. Thank you again Jimmy!!!

Amazing food and service with the bonus of amazing staff. They have separate utensils and fryers that are gf. I had the poutine, it was so delicious and I had no reactions from it

We drove 400 miles to eat here and it didn’t disappoint!!! We had the wavy club, vegan poutine and chicken dinner. All were amazing. Our friends had the waffle corn dog and said they were really good too. The fried chicken and waffles were dairy free too. Neither my daughter nor I had any reaction (including allergies beyond celiac). I can’t wait to eat here again!

Went today, Sep. 4 ‘22. The Local Celiac community has been talking a lot a this place. I wondered why everyone was raving about waffles, but, I vowed to give it a try. Well, now I get it!! I had the fried chicken club and it was the best club sandwich I’ve ever had and the portion was huge! I had to save 1/2 for later and it kept it’s shape despite having mayo and tomatoes inside. I had the corn dog too and also really, really good. It had more of a traditional pogo taste and texture than other gluten-free ones that I have tried. I had a strawberry/banana milkshake, also yummy. My husband had the chocolate/peanut butter waffle and he really liked it. Super friendly staff. The owner helped us, explained everything, very nice guy. The outside had lots of tables, summer tunes playing , lots of flowers and plants. He even has treats for your doggie 💕 Please do yourself a favour and take the drive to Stittsville to try Jimmy’s waffles and hear Chef Jimmy say ‘’Thanks a waffle lot!!’’ 😄
