Review of Jin Sushi Hibachi Thai

Not the most celiac friendly place but it was a lucky find along the highway. I was at least able to get 2 sushi rolls (Green Dragon Roll and JB roll) along with the ginger salad, which were great. They do not deep fry their sesame seeds (no cross contact) and the ginger dressing does not seem to be made with soy sauce. There does not seem to be any gluten free soy sauce available. they said they clean the sushi board thoroughly in between rolls so that made me feel better about avoiding tempura flakes. The waitress seemed knowledgeable about how to avoid gluten. That was good enough for me, so I would come here again if I needed a place to stop on the way up to Jacksonville.
