The waitress was very knowledgeable! She says they get asked about gluten all the time. I was able to have eggs, the hashbrowns, and a piece of toast without toasting it (they don’t have a separate toaster). Make sure you specify! A solid breakfast and I felt confident she conveyed my celiac to the kitchen. I am asymptomatic so can’t 100% speak to safety, but I felt comfortable. Would go back again!
