Ate here for lunch, go early, it gets busy! Owner or manager is celiac. Lunch-meats and grilled chicken (cooked in separate pan) in GF wrap and chip, green bean are safe too. They were knowledgeable when asked and even wrapped mine separately. No reaction and it tasted great.

They have gluten free wraps and GF bagged potato chips. Tell them you have an allergy. They know what to do. I’ve eaten here many times and never gotten sick.

Ordered a chicken philly cheese steak GF wrap. Very good. Place seemed to know the drill and added a special note which I guess the kitchen sees on my receipt that it was an allergy issue and not just a personal preference. Happy to see options.

They have a gluten free tortilla wrap that can be substituted for bread on any sandwich. Only bagged potato chips as sides. Not very busy and quick service.

So disappointed. Based on other reviews I thought this would be a place that was prepped for GF. Instead it was me sitting and watching 7 members of my family eat while I drank a Diet Dr. Pepper. I know you’ve been there if you have celiac.

I asked the woman at the register if they had a separate area where they prepared the gluten free food, she told me no, but they could change their gloves. This is a small kitchen with mostly sub options so there will be cross contamination if they prep it there. After I pressed, she did offer to put some wax paper down. With all the cross contamination that comes from gloves reaching into topping containers I figured a wrap...which is the only GF bread was not worth the risk.

I looked to the side menus and considered a salad. I asked a couple of questions and got the disconcerting answer...it’s only cabbage and the sauce, so it’s gluten free.

My family all had decent meals, with the winners being the non-gf bacon wrapped hot dog and the breaded wings...but I will never be back.

Had a great experience! They took my gluten and soy allergies very serious and had several items to choose from. I got the chicken philly gf wrap and green beans! Delicious!!

My husband and I loved this place. We were in Gatlinburg for our honeymoon and it’s always so tough to eat out in a new place , but we found JOE and pops and fell in love. The main cashier explained she has a family member with celiacs and they took extra precautions to make everything celiac safe and the food was AMAZING! We literally ate here almost everyday of the trip!

I had the best wrap that I have had in the last 10 years of being gluten free. I loved it so much, my husband and I went back for lunch the next day too!

The staff was knowledgeable and will change gloves and wipe down counters. GF tortilla wrap available as well as salads

This is the 3rd time we have eaten here. Great sandwich sub shop! They have gf tortilla wrap sandwiches and salads. No gf fries but they do have gf chips.
