Joe Santucci's Square Pizza Bar & Grill

Admittedly took a risk on this one. Had a very sudden loss in the family and a friend bought us all pizza and bought me the GF pizza. normally I don't get pizza from pizzerias because of cross contamination, but I inspected the crust and it didn't look like it had a speck of flour on it. I am symptomatic celiac, increasingly sensitive the longer I am on the GF diet. I haven't called to verify if they have a separate oven or what, but I had ZERO issues with the GF pizza. Not sure if I got lucky or if they have protocols in place but I was pleasantly suprised
