I was told the only thing that is gluten free is the roll. Everything is cooked/toasted on a shared surface and not safe for anyone with celiac or a gluten allergy. I did not eat here.

They will grill the GF buns on the egg side of the grill to avoid contamination.

The owner/manager has a child with celiac disease and is knowledgeable and aware of cross contamination. She mentioned she is going to start making homemade GF bread for the restaurant. She was super friendly and helpful!
