Not sure about the safety (not sick yet!! may update) but the cashier was very knowledgeable about celiac and the practices and the possible risks (bc ofc its a pizza place, flour is in the air). The crust seemed a little underdone but overall the pizza was super nice

I totally believe in supporting local businesses and I'm sorry to have to write this. But, I feel the need to warn others who have celiacs or are severely allergic to wheat. I ordered their gluten free pizza with cheese, artichoke hearts, chicken, and mushrooms. My mouth and lips began to burn and then I got very bad abdominal pain. This is my typical reaction to wheat. I would not advise anyone with wheat issues to eat this pizza. Sorry to say this.

Ordered a gluten free pizza without cheese. So good!!! I feel very safe here as they have a dedicated gluten free oven. The food was good! They informed us that the meatballs are not gluten free so we took that off the menus.

Visiting Colorado and the rest of the group was getting pizza so I stopped by here to get some gf pizza and was so happy with the decision! This is some of the best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had and they had gluten free garlic bread too. And even better I didn’t get sick. As a celiac I would definitely definitely recommend going here.

We ate at the 8th St. location. The staff informed us of the “hidden” gluten source (meatballs) and told us which items could be made gf (almost everything). The manager also asked the person making our pizza to wipe down the counter first. The pizza tasted great and had the right crust texture.

They got some dank dough , AH-MAZING.they have various infused vodka shots! The pickle shot is the shiz. I mean I’m in love the crust

Three of us are Celiac and there are very few safe pizza places for us. We were excited to find Joey’s on the app and decided to try it. This was our first visit and WOW! The gluten free pizza is fantastic and nobody got sick. This is our new #1 place for pizza!! The crust is perfect. Even our non-GF family members loved it.

Came in at 6 on a Friday night. They took great care of my order! Ensured everything was handled with clean utensils, toppings pulled from fresh bins - away from the line. Most excellent GF pizza I’ve had. Crust is reminiscent of the real thing. I’m very sensitive Celiac, no reactions here!

Have gotten quite a few pies from here and have never gotten sick and I am very sensitive. Tell the staff you are celiac and they will go the extra mile for you.

I will no longer settle for gluten-free crust that tastes like cardboard. Joey’s gf crust looks and tastes like real pizza. They do not make it in house like another reviewer said. They told me the brand name. I have been waiting for a pizza place that uses this crust and delivers to my house. I am so happy! They were willing to make my pizza with toppings from the refrigerator instead of the line. They were very accommodating. The delivery guy was very courteous as well. Highly recommend Joey’s Pizza. It was my favorite pizza place prior to celiac diagnosis. Now they are back up there!

Fantastic - one of my new favorites. They are very aware of GF! One of the best GF pizzas... (no bad reaction at all)

They make their own crust and it's so good I was worried it wasn't gluten free. Knowledgeable staff and delicious! I will definitely be going here again!
