Their menu had a GS (gluten sensitive) sign next to items that were available. Only several items to choose from from salmon, chicken, shrimp, etc. Server was very nice but not very knowledgeable. He did every time I asked a question go and talk to the chef who could be seen cooking behind a glass wall. Upon request, he brought me gf sourdough toast with butter; no additional charge. For dinner I had the bacon wrapped shrimp screwers. Very good. Did not get sick.

There is no pizza or flat bread on the menu. Food was not worth the cost. I ordered gluten free Nashville Chicken hand held. No where did it state that it was spicy!!!! I couldn't finish it. Then the fries are not gf. The only GF soup was French Onion and the salads are mixed greens (that I can't eat), so I ordered the soup. When the bill arrived, I was charged $3 extra for the soup!!! Won't be back!

Tasty gluten free flatbread/pizza option. (It's the size if a small pizza.) Very GF conscious staff, they even bring you GF bread for your table--Made by gluten-free nation. (Nice!) Will answer any and all GF related questions without becoming annoyed. Big plus!

Reasonable prices, quick service, tons of delicious stuff that can be altered for GF folks. And their happy to do it.

They even have a GF pound cake with berries... If you're not overstuffed from all the other bread options. I had the veggie flatbread, toasted bread for an appetizer and that was all I could handle. Totally carbed out! By the way--I had no negative cross contamination side effects that night or the following day.

We left satisfied. Kudos to Guy Fieri on creating such a a great restaurant. :)

Called ahead of time to see if they had a gluten free menu and the manager informed me that they have certain menu items on the menu that can be prepared in a Gluten-sensitive manner. I decided to give it a try. I was surprised to see that there were several selections that could be altered for gluten sensitivity. I ordered the garlic chicken. It was phenomenal. Two grilled chicken breasts with roasted garlic, mashed potato and green beans. I also had a Thai peach cocktail that knocked my sox off. Finally after dinner I was informed that they had a gf pound cake for dessert to which I said yes. The pound cake was very good and smothered in mixed berries. I was very happy with my meal and had no ill side affects. I do NOT have celiacs, but am very gluten intolerant. No problems whatsoever.
