They have some of the best GF crust I’ve ever tried! It’s a thicker crust but still fluffy and is a rectangle shape. They put a gluten free sticker on the box for just a little extra reassurance that it really is GF, but it’s so good that I did question it! I did not get sick though and would definitely eat here again. Note that it’s take out only and street parking isn’t the easiest to find.
This the BEST gluten free pizza I’ve ever had, and I’m from New York City! Absolutely incredible, there’s a separate oven for it as well.
Blown away by the deep dish crust! Got the Buffalo chicken and it had just the right amount of heat. Also loved the Cesar salad. My new pizza joint!
I came here after reading all the reviews I drove almost 45 mins just to find out even though their website still states their mozzarella sticks are available gluten free they no longer have them I was really disappointed but the pizza was still amazing I wasn't going to leave without getting anything after sitting in Boston traffic on a Saturday. They should really update their website so this doesn't happen cause finding specific gluten free food is hard so to find mozzarella sticks as an option I wanted to try... Guess I missed out
We’ve ordered delivery twice so far with and I did not get glutened! Pizza is tasty, too!! Feel so luxurious to be able to order pizza for delivery, really miss doing that!
Ordered the GF pizza with cup pepperoni and a chocolate chip cookie.
I’ve had their regular pizza before and the GF pizza is every bit as tasty. The crust is a bit lighter than the regular stuff. Full pies weren’t offered GF on DoorDash, may be a different case in store, but there wasn’t an upcharge for GF on the small, which was refreshing.
As far as the cookie, there was nothing on the wrapper that indicated it is GF. This is my only criticism. Even if it was marked GF with a sharpie I’d have had enough confidence to try it. I chose not to eat it, but my coworker said it was pretty good.
Can do the gluten free crust with any pizza! It’s a spongy, thicker crust than most places. Almost reminds me of white bread. They do a little sticker on the box too so you don’t have to question which pizza it is if you’re ordering for many.
I’ve never had GF deep dish/Sicilian until now! They have a separate oven for the gf pizza. All their wings are baked so they are gf. They confirmed with the manager that the sauce options for the wings are gf and so are the salad dressings.
We visited Johnny Pomodoro instead of calling in our order. After telling the front person we needed to know our food would be safe from gluten, she brought out one of the chefs. He explained their safety protocols. They take GF and all food allergies very seriously. There are Certificates of Allergen AwarenessTraining on their wall. I highly recommend this place
Gluten Free HEAVEN!!! High quality and delicious food. All of the pasta is GF, they have a fluffy yet crunchy GF pizza dough. Wings, bolognese, meatballs, mozzarella sticks are all gluten free it is outstanding!!!! All of the staff is very knowledgeable, nice and efficient! Eat here you wont regret it!!!
So many delicious GF options! Love the Detroit pizza, have not seen this GF style anywhere! Mozzarella sticks are amazing and the sandwiches can be made on GF rolls. Highly recommend checking this place out.
Best gluten free pizza in Boston. I went there yesterday and asked the chef about what can be made gluten free:
- Most subs can be made gf by replacing the bread.
- Most salads w/o croutons (there’s a farro one so that’s a no no).
- Gluten free mozzarella sticks (have to be ordered gf bc there’s normal ones too).
- All wings are gluten free (they are oven baked and no breading).
- Small Detroit-style deep dish pizza with any toppings on the menu.
I ordered the pepperoni pizza and it was amazing (picture below) and ordered the mozzarella sticks, which were good but very small for the price—I’d order something else like wings instead, which I tried because my friend ordered them. Those were good too but the pizza was the highlight. No reaction so I’ll definitely be back very soon.
Place is amazing. Great food for those looking for GF options and also for those in your family/friends who are not GF. Best food around! Will be back many times
