I’m NCGF so not sure of dedicated dryers etc... buuuut... Really pleasantly surprised at the offerings from my new local. Most of the menu is gluten free or has gluten free options. Best GF fries I’ve ever had. I sampled about five dishes and al were seriously delicious! Amazing dishes. Definitely be back.
