Steak is well prepared but not many other options
Very knowledgable staff and very helpful. They were even able to do dairy free as well. They didn't draw attention from my group to my needs, but were clear that they would make sure everything was gluten free. No breads, desserts, or appetizers are gluten free. However plenty of salads and entrees. It was very good, I definitely recommend it for business dinners.
I’ve eaten here several times, never any issues and great food!
Yes
Although our server was very nice we were set on the wrong side, the bar side, even though we were clearly a family. The atmosphere was loud, the food was okay but not the best & many times even for the easy things like having enough silverware or water we were waiting for an unnecessarily long time. For instance, I was given a salad but had no silverware for 20 minutes to eat it. If one chooses to go here don’t eat on the bar side & expect good service quickly. This has occurred more than once as it happened to another family member
This menu is NOT safe for people with Celiac!!! It is gluten sensitive only and many of the options contain flour in one way or another. I asked about a sauce listed (thankfully!) and the server's response, after checking with the kitchen, was that all sauces contain gluten. My non-celiac peeps were equally unimpressed with the food and service. We also waited over an hour for our food.

waitress knew what was gluten free and not ! super helpful ! has a gluten free menu and all 😊
I love Johnny's and I use to eat there often before being diagnosed with CD, but I am glad I called ahead and spoke with the staff. Unfortunately Johnny's is NOT celiac friendly. The manager that I spoke with was very forthcoming and let me know that, although they have a gluten free menu, they cannot claim to be 100% gluten free as cc is very likely to happen since the items are not prepared in a separate area or on gluten free surfaces. This place might be good for those eating gluten free but not for those with CD.
