I have eaten here before they changed their menu and was certain on what I was getting without gluten issues - but went there since the new menu change and I wasn't sure. Ordered my Chicken Pad Thai made specifically gluten free and when it came everyone got their's but I asked if mine was made gluten free and the women seemed confused and said it'd be a moment . By the time they remade it all everyone's food was cooler and it took about 30 minutes and no one wanted to eat in front of me so they waited. I felt so bad! But I didn't get sick which was good
I've eaten here a few times and have never had an issue . Ask to speak to a chef if you can , make sure they boil your rice noodles in a separate pot. I get the southwest, it's delicious !!!!
Sure they have rice noodles but every dish except 2 contain soy sauce. There is no GF menu. Hostess was somewhat knowledgable. We chose not to eat there.
Any of the bowls can be made with rice noodles and they are delicious
