Review of Jolly Holiday Bakery Café

I got the caprese sandwich and was pleasantly surprised that when I went up to order it the cashier actually asked if I wanted to be told the entire gluten free menu. She even knew when I asked about the Minnie Raspberry macaron (it was technically gluten free but stored in the same place as all the other bakery items so high risk of contamination was her exact response). The sandwich was actually really tasty for literally just slapping mozzarella on bread, but they put like three different sauces so it wasn’t bland (pesto, balsamic, and lemon aioli).
