The owner of this restaurant has Celiacs and you could tell that she trained her staff to be extremely careful when it comes to gluten allergies. I had lobster carbonara and it was one of the best dishes I have had since being gluten free. All of the gluten free food comes on plates with a blue rim so the staff knows to be very careful with it. They were very knowledgeable about the menu and very accommodating. I would highly recommend if you’re in the area.
