Review of Jose and Sons Bar and Kitchen

No dedicated fryer other than that great food and great service.

Was downtown raleigh this morning and needed GF brunch. Fiction kitchen had 1+hour wait which now I'm glad of because the chicharon and waffles(their answer to chicken and waffles) at Jose and sons was great. Waffles made from corn masa and surprisingly fluffy.
