Not a lot of gluten free options and food didn't seem very fresh. I got the yellow roll and the fish tasted like it had been sitting out and the sprouts had a gross garbage taste. They also were not very knowledgeable on what was safe and when I said I can't have gluten and asked if they keep everything separate, our server just said "yea there are gluten free things on the menu." There was also a fried roll marked gluten free on the menu so be careful if you do go here. I don't really recommend this place

They definitely understand what gluten is and how to avoid it. My favorite thing to do is ask them to make me anything they want just make sure it’s gluten free. I’m always pleasantly surprised at how good it is! They also have gluten free tamari that you can ask for.
Expensive and not many options.
The server we had was extremely helpful and knew what celiac was. He recommended safe foods and was open to helping modify some of the sushi rolls so that they were safe to eat. The restaurant has gluten-free soy sauce. I did not get sick at all and thank our server for his help to ensure I didn't get cross-contaminated or the wrong sushi roll. I recommend this place, but with caution that you need to tell your server in advance of ordering so they can accommodate your needs.
