Another restaurant where if you need to go with friends/family you probably will find something to eat and might be safe but not go out of my way to go. They have items marked GF on menu and GF rolls, but their specialty is their popovers and popover sandwiches - so plenty of cross contamination risk

Very knowledgeable staff! My favorite thing to get there is veggie risotto primavera. And the house poppy seed dressing on the salad of course. It’s absolutely delicious!

So far we have no had any issues. The waitstaff were helpful in checking that everything was gluten free. We do wish they had gluten free popovers though!

Few times I've eaten here I've been horribly sick even when specifying my allergy (I'm extremely sensitive). I would not recommend at all.

I had never had a problem eating there until tonight. I LOVE this restaurant and I was so disappointed that I got sick after telling the waitress about my allergy and double checking again that it was gluten free after I got my meal. I got a feeling that someone wasn’t paying attention when dinner was served and I had to ask for my salad which was brought after. They also forgot about my friend’s salad which she decided to cancel after we started eating and the waitress didn’t bring it with mine. I hope management can make sure all staff take gluten allergy more seriously in the future because I really want to come back and not get sick again.

Amazing food and they seemed very knowledgeable on gluten free options. However, I became extremelly ill after eating here. I would have to assume there was some cross contamination even though I told them that I have celiacs. I would not reccomend this place for anyone who has a serious allergy.

Amazing food and service. Eclectic atmosphere and knowledgable wait staff. We are visiting for the day wanted to try some local fair and we were not disappointed. Everything on the menu is clearly marked as having GF options and our server checked with the kitchen on my whole order. I had the "little" falafel sandwich which came on a small GF bun, a salad and a cup of soup. What a perfect lunch! Everything is made from scratch it house too. Highly recommend!

We went to Judie's for my birthday. The waiter was very knowledgeable about gluten-free. Most meals could be adapted to gluten-free. She knew what substitutions had to be made with my meal. I always make a point of saying I have Celiac disease and this is not an option for me. Then I always say I would rather be safe than sorry. I avoid meals with too many ingredients because it increases the risk even if they are "gluten-free". I stick to simple choices. I had a great meal of beef tenders in a fresh tomato sauce with baked risotto. Then chocolate tort for dessert.

I had a really bad experience at Judy's on my birthday. I was so sick and called the next day and spoke with the manager Catie who didn't seem to care that I was calling to let them know that I had been there prior to being gluten free and had a great meal but clearly they are not careful with their gluten free cooking. She basically asked me if I told their chef how I wanted my meal made ? I don't feel it is our job as customers to tell a chef how to cook our meal. If you don't know how to make it then don't say your gluten free !!! My waitress placed my order as gluten free as well. She never apologized that I got sick and my birthday was totally ruined by their lack of knowledge and contaminated food. I would never tell anyone to go there gluten free or not !!

A friend with Celiac found this restaurant. He is very cautious about cross contamination. I have a gluten sensitivity and we both found the staff to be knowledgeable and the menu was excellent. Plenty of gf options and everything was excellent.
