They prepare GF pizzas in the back, but I have seen them not wash hands, change gloves, and move too freely between the gluten areas and the GF areas. I have gotten sick there several times over 7 years, and I have stopped going--too risky. I believe I have gotten sick because of improperly trained staff (or just sloppy procedures)--they have a lot of changeover of young workers and it has been hit or miss for me!
