Only a few items aren't gluten free, staff knows which, and they arrange items on the line to prevent cross contamination. I've eaten here a few times, never got glutened. Good stuff if you're ok with sushi!

they have great poke bowls. you just need to get the naked fish. they have a gf sweet chili sauce but not many other choices. I've brought gf tamari or gf teriaki to sauce it. think sushi in a bowl!
