The food was good, but the pita at the beginning of the line got handled and cut and got touched by everything. When I explained that we had a celiac diner, the guy offered to change gloves, but we had already watched him cut bread and turn around and grab salad greens from the bins several times with those hands. Same for most things down the line.

I walked in I told them I was gluten intolerant. The first person had a little trouble knowing what to server. The second was Ace. He said we only have 6 items that had gluten in them he should them to me. They had a lot to choose from that was GF and he took measures to make sure there was not cross contamination by boxing the things that had gluten in them. 1 time in a long time that someone didn’t make me feel like problem because of their ignorance. 5 stars.

Most of the food here is gf and is pretty well marked. If you say you have an allergy, the staff puts on clean gloves and so cross contamination seems minimal. It’s also tasty and you’ll likely have leftovers!

I've been here 3 times so far and haven't gotten sick. Everything is cleared marked on the menu and most is GF. It's build your own bowl style so there's a chance of cross contamination but it seems minimal to me. When I tell them I have an allergy they change gloves and seem to do their best to prevent contamination. Food is delicious
