Came here because of the reviews & safety rating. Visited a couple times now..huge gluten free menu, great service, awesome sushi chefs…did not get sick…highly recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ smart staff who knows what gluten actually is

There were definitely a lot of gluten free options, however, the food just wasn’t good. The dishes lacked flavor, the steak was tough, and everything tasted like char from a dirty griddle. I spent $70 on food just for me, hoping to have delicious leftovers for the weekend. Unfortunately, I ended up throwing almost everything away because it just didn’t have an appealing taste. The soft shell crab roll was decent, but the hot dishes were sub-par.

Was excited to have a sushi place that appeared knowledgeable about celiac but ended up disappointed. They have a GF menu and that was great but when we probed further it was hard to tell if server and chef knew what they were doing. Tried to say fried ice cream was GF (though not on GF menu) and she said it should not be OK because of dairy???? We had to ask in 3-4 different ways and when she finally asked chef they said no. In the end, I think if you order off the large GF menu, you are likely OK but don't deviate. They said they have dedicated GF fryer

Great food, amazing gluten free options. So many choices. Best gluten free sushi I have had. Staff very knowledgeable. They understand cross contamination. Highly recommend this place.
