Kalahari does have GF buns and seemed knowledgeable. Neither my daughter nor I had any reaction to their food, however the bread was extremely dry and flavorless (tasted like Schar's). We found the food to be very overpriced, as 4 adult lunches, plus two kids meals came out to about $80.
