Excellent food. Gluten free bread, cake muffins! We’ve eaten here every time we visit Kauai and it is always good. Crowded at 10 am. Get there early!

The gluten free bread for breakfast sandwiches was delicious, but they use the same toaster as other bread. When I asked if mine could be prepared either untoasted or griddled in a pan, the said yes. When the server brought my food and I saw it had been toasted, I asked how it was prepared and she said the kitchen took “every precaution to avoid cross-contamination, but there’s a lot of flour in our kitchen.” Would not recommend for other Celiacs, especially those with significant sensitivities.

Wow the homemade GF bread was everything promised in the reviews.... divine! Had the hot pastrami sandwich and will definitely return before we leave Kauai. The GF carrot cake was amazing as well, my non GF family loved their burgers, an all around win for the family!

Best gluten free bread I’ve ever had in my life. Couldn’t leave without writing a review. The bread didn’t crumble at all. Clean plate club here!! I’m highly allergic and didn’t get sick at all. Coming back for lunch.

Great place for a nice relaxing lunch. Great sandwiches with local and fresh ingredients and reasonable sized portions. They had gluten free bread available by request. We loved it so much we ate here twice and I didn't get sick either time! We were even able to eat on their meal on their lovely porch.

Very good - homemade GF bread to substitute, had an omelet that was amazing!! Would mention this place was on the pricier side, one slice of carrot cake to go was $8.75 but it was delicious nonetheless.

We had the club on GF bread and a delightful piece of gf carrot cake! The bread was toasted. It wasn’t overly dense and didn’t fall apart, and was delicious! The carrot cake was everything you’d remember carrot cake to be!

Quick service type place where you order at the counter and they bring it to your table. Also a to go window to order at. The staff was knowledgeable about their GF/DF options. The GF bread was sooo good looked and tasted to be homemade. Food was quick to come out.

Very happy to not only find a delicious restaurant but also one that had some great GF options. Third day eating here! First day had blueberry muffin. Second day chocolate chip muffin. Third day lavender muffin. All absolutely delicious. They also have GF toast. We have a very sensitive traveler and no illness observed. They have some incredible non-GF pastries also. Fun place to visit an absolute must if staying in Lihue or Poipu.

Great food! I had the cafe club with gluten free bread and a piece if gluten free carrot cake. the cake was a little expensive. It was about the same price as my sandwich but, it was really good. I am the only one in the group that has celiac but everyone tried a bite and liked It! The sandwich was also excellent. no reaction yet but, we just left. Everyone thought the food was great.

I had a fantastic meal here. They made a grilled cheese with bacon and avocado in a fresh pan to avoid cross contamination. The gf carrot cake was also delicious. Highly recommend eating here on the way to Waimea Canyon.

Had lunch here specifically because they had GF options and said they served breakfast all day...they do, but it's a limited breakfast menu. Food was tasty and pretty reasonably priced for Hawaii. Wish they had a separate fryer for the fries (they are not safe for gluten free needs due to shared fryer), but overall, would go again. They did have GF dessert options (carrot cake and a muffin I saw). If they made the fryer GF I would have given them 5 stars

Looks really good. Nice staff. Normal looking food - gf desserts and bread looked really good. No dedicated gf menu so you have to ask about other ingredients but staff are super nice. When I asked about the bread and desserts, a staff member said they wash their utensils in between batches, but make gf and non gf baked goods on the same counter, so it's possible to be contaminated. I decided not to risk it, but cute place.

This was a favorite during our vacation. Everyone in our family was happy with lunch- both GF and non GF choices. It was so nice to find a restaurant and order a GF sandwich for my daughter. The GF bread was the best we have ever tasted, and the GF carrot cake was delicious.

I love this place! Excellent selection on the dinner menu, food is marked GF, is tasty and not too expensive. They also have GF baked goods. The GF carrot cake tastes delicious and not GF at all! The GF chocolate chip cake with fresh strawberry (slices of raw strawberries) frosting is sublime, I dream about it- it's that good. I would recommend they label their breakfast/brunch menu GF. They are very busy in the morning, so be sure to mention SEVERAL TIMES if you are celiac or have a gluten allergy. One time at brunch they brought out my plate with gluten toast on it, touching the other food and were slow to bring out a new meal. However, great service over all and a caring staff.

French toast was amazing. Bread was the best I've had since being celiac, definitely not your typical UDI's or Franz bread. Syrup was gf too. I'm finding on the island much of the staff at the till are younger and don't know much about gf but they're happy to quickly ask another knowledgable staff member the gf questions. They had beautiful gf muffins there, but I noticed they were sitting right next to the other pastries, so if you're paranoid about crumbs and cc don't get too excited.

They may not have a dedicated GF menu, but this place is excellent! Their breakfast is great (eggs, bacon, fruit) and they also make gluten free muffins though they run out quickly. Their coconut cream coffee is SO good that I bought a bag to take home!

GF carrot cake. Need I say more? I also had a gf BLTS (they put sprouts on their BLTs) and it was delicious! The gf muffin was not tasty, alas. They told me they could not make any guarantees about cross-contamination in the kitchen.

The GF cranberry orange muffin was the best I have ever had! The lady we ordered from wasn't sure what had gluten and what didn't buy the lady she asked did seem to know. They they had quite a few choices for breakfast they could make GF. They have GF bread but its cooked in the same toaster machine as the reg bread.
