Not for celiacs. I got excited when I found out this place offers gluten free ramen noodles (and even cooks them in separate water!), however, they do not offer any gluten free broths (all the seasoning bases have gluten) and none of the meat options were gluten free either (although they did offer to steam some seafood for me and said that would be gluten free). The server who helped us was very sweet and tried to be accommodating-she even called her manager at home to ask about options since we were coming up with nothing. As described to me, "everything has just a little gluten in it". So if you're sensitive or just trying to avoid gluten, this is a great option, but definitely a no-go for celiacs. The only safe option was the sashimi and nigiri from the sushi bar. They did have GF soy sauce which was awesome, and the sushi was fresh and tasty. We won't be going back, but we did appreciate the staff for trying. And hopefully they'll start to offer one gluten free meat and broth option at least!
