FANTASTIC FOOD — and Karine is herself warm, inviting, effusive. You will find her in a small food court. The fresh and gluten food options are abundant - wish Karine could be cloned and found in every city. Cannot overstate how amazing breakfast was!!

Such a kind and cozy place, they are very conscientious of gluten allergies, I got the soup and salad (delicious) that normally comes with pita but they gave me some gluten free crackers instead. Anything can be made gluten free!
It’s located in a little food court but they brought my food out to me with fresh fruit and water, the service was wonderful and the woman who served me was just lovely.

Just got diagnosed with celiac and the woman who worked here was SO amazing. She reassured me of all the precautions she uses and told the woman at the grill I was celiac. She also gave me both fries and salad since I couldn’t have the bread.

Karine could see the need for me to get food quick…. (I accidentally tried to pay with my presto card ). She helped me through the menu, assuring me the entire menu could be made gf and sent me off to find a table. Within minutes she brought me the most amazing plate of food with a water jug. My lunch was amazing and I’m fairly sure judging by her knowledge and the other reviews it was safe.

A lovely hidden gem. Karine’s energy is amazing, the food was great—think modern diner—and fit for so many dietary restrictions.
I had the eggs Benedict with smoked salmon on gluten free bread, along with garlic fries and a salad. All of it was great, and I didn’t react at all! It was the perfect lunch after a morning of bouldering’s.

Great experience! We were assured there was no cross-contamination when we specified that we were ordering gluten-free and that the kitchen would be cleaned to ensure this. One of our party has Celiac and was totally fine after eating the grilled-cheese with garlic fries. Plus, the woman who we spoke to was very kind and happy to talk to us about the menu including personal favorites and recommendations. We can also speak to the taste of the grilled cheese and the poutine. Both were excellent and very filling. We highly recommend this place for a quick food stop!

Found this place while looking for a good GF breakfast. Reviews seemed to be good but it was a disappointment. Very over priced for the quality of the food. Can’t speak to the safety of whether or not there is cross contamination but it certainly seemed like an environment for contamination to happen. The people who were running things were very friendly but sadly cannot recommend this as a good place for breakfast.

Such a lovely little spot! I checked the app after we found a little food court and this came up. As others have said, the owner is the loveliest, sweetest person. I had a feast! Pancakes, bacon, sausage (that she let me know is gluten free), fruit, salad, French fries. Had fresh pineapple orange juice to drink. It was a wonderful experience all around!

Great place, second nicest person I met in Toronto. Probably not 100% safe but they are careful. Really worth it. I had no symptoms.

My son wanted sweet gluten free and my daughter wanted savory. We had an AMAZING breakfast at Karines. The staff were friendly, the food was fast, and it tasted awesome. Portion sizes were big and everyone left satisfied. GF crepes were exceptional!

We came from the other side of the city, and weren’t disappointed! It’s hard to find, inside a little food court. But we had everything gf and was beautiful and delicious. Probably the best eggs florentine I’ve had!!

Have many GF options for breakfast

Listed on their website as 100% gluten free but they are not. Owner/manager assured us we were safe but watching her touch bread with her bare hands was unnerving. Juice was good but food was average and very expensive for a food court.
Yum! A wonderful spot with a dedicated fryer. Gluten free poutine!!

Friendly, engaging and knowledgeable staff! Excellent selection of delicious gf meals

This place is located inside a plaza place. Every thing can be made gf. Waffles eggs bread dedicated fryers and kitchen. Love this place. A bit pricey but well worth it and you get lots of food. Didn’t leave hungry. Only thing i didn’t like was the girl was touching everything with her bare hands. The one girls wearing a gloves was touching food then everything else after without a glove change. But the place looked clean!

This was a fantastic find for us. Perfect for breakfast. Tons of gluten free (and vegan!) options and very knowledgable about cross contamination. I really enjoyed the Karines Supreme which came with eggs, waffles, sausage, salad and fresh fruit. Some of the produce looked like it wasn't at its peak freshness.

Shame it was closed during August when I tried to visit
This place is in a little food court but it is REAL, freshly made food, and it was great. Almost everything is GF and they are knowledgeable and accommodating. Would go back for sure.

Amazing food and service that makes you forget you're in a food court! Very generous portions as well.

Yum. Waffles! Nutella and banana was great. Pink lemonade with berries drink was yummy. Great little food court find.

Amazing options, tons of food, very conscious of allergies and cross-contamination. Also, nothing like being called "honey-baby" before 8:30am. Karine's is a total relief while traveling in a world of scary (allergy-wise) breakfast places.
Also, I'm celiac and can't eat dairy, soy or nightshades. With that, there was still PLENTY on my plate to eat.

been going here for years! always delicious, fresh and free of cross-contamination.
Delicious gluten free and vegan salads, soups, sandwiches and baked goods! The staff were so friendly and even guarantee the gluten free status of their food. It was a bit tricky to find the restaurant as it is located in a food court. Great place to grab a take-out breakfast or lunch.

This place was wonderful! everything on the menu highlighted in pink was gluten free. great options and she called me "baby" what more could you all for.
fantastic food and service. Do not let the fact that it is in a food court put you off. Lots of GF options (also lots of vegetarian and vegan options)
Went here for a weekend brunch. It's in a mall food court but it's not food court food! They serve gluten free food, vegan & vegetarian food as well as meat. The quantity and quality of food was amazing.
