This is a place worth returning to eat at. Having Celiac disease makes traveling and eating out safely quite difficult. I also have a high sensitivity to gluten (my dog has to be gluten free) soI often suffer on trips. My husband looks for places that st least indicate Gluten-free options. Well, this find is a gem. Absolutely no issues after eating here. Full but not the heavy feeling after eating a sandwich and the most deceptive gluten-free macaroni. We will be back. (P.s. owners amd staff being knowledgeable and friendly are just a bonus!)

The people who work here get it! The food is safe and tasty. Fresh, despite many of the dishes being modeled after junk food.

The arepas are very… elastic? They have so much delightful rebound the person working at the counter will let you feel a Saran wrapped “feeler sample”.

Have eaten there one since diagnosis confirmed. Staff gave a great overview. We had two yuca pockets and one bowl and we all were very pleased with taste and quality. Limited hours and menu size, but nice to have a place where you don’t have to worry about cross-contamination.

PHENOMENAL! Entirely GF! Cute fun vibes inside. The arepa with “fried” chicken was amazing! A great place to take those who have serious food allergies and those who don’t follow any dietary restrictions at all. They won’t notice that it’s GF, DF, soy free, etc. :)

We had a great experience at Phat Yuca! They immediately assured me it was all gluten free, gave us samples of all the sauces, and the owner came out and offered us suggestions and walked us through the menu. Food was delicious and I felt completely safe and accommodated. Had to walk around a bit to find the exact location.

Exceptionally fantastic! Gluten and dairy free with more flavor and texture than I’ve had since becoming a Celiac! Owners greeted me and explained their menu and ingredients. If you’re within an hour of this place it’s worth the drive! Hint: It’s hidden in the corner of the strip mall beside Home Goods.

Had a delicious yuca arepa today with crispy chicken "tenders" and an amazing vegan ranch dressing that was so good I bought a bottle to take home. Enjoyed the turmeric mac and cheese, too. The yuca arepas are like a soft bread. The owners are wonderful and have food limitations, too, so they are very reassuring. I will absolutely be back! PS it is a little tricky to find but is right next door to Bartaco.

Holy crap I have not eaten anything this doughy and delicious since 2010 when I went gluten free. The arepas are a must. They are like an arepa meets doughy bao bun. Wow so good. Highly recommend.

DELICIOUS! GPS doesn’t tell you accurately where this place is. It’s Roswell Road and Ivy Parkway shopping center next to bartaco. Food is delicious! Everything is GF, DF, soy and nut free. Owner is a delight and makes all her food less pasta and doesn’t grow her rice :) The sauces are amazing, vegan Mac and cheese is wonderful and the yuca pockets were so so good. We will be back ASAP!!!

I was low blood sugaring and my husband found Karma Llama on FMGF. We just ate cassava arepas and tried out some sides. I usually eat vegan, and that’s part of their fabric. There were a surprising amount of kiddos. The arepas were delicious and incredibly filling. The turmeric Mac was delicious. Looking forward to coming back!!!

100% GF and dairy free, and lots of vegan options. Ordered the BBQ mac n cheese bowl over greens, in part because I really like trying vegan mac n cheese whenever I can. The mac was tasty, though the BBQ sauce wasn't quite there for me. I did get a sample of the VooDoo Goo on sweet potatoes, and that was a tasty bite. Service was friendly, and with a menu full of things I wanted to try, I would go back again.

This was my first experience at a restaurant that offers EVERYTHING gluten free. I had chickpea smash, turmeric macaroni, bbq chicken, and rice. My boyfriend got one of their spicy bowls, which was also very good. There was so much flavor! It was a build-your-own bowl style like Chipotle, but with food that was much better for you. I've been diagnosed with celiac disease for 11 years. I highly recommend checking this place out if you are in the area!

KarmaFarm is outstanding. I’m day dreaming about their Arepa’s today. Dense, fluffy, ultimate comfort food. The tangy mustard chicken bar-b-que was so yummy. Fresh pineapple, ginger, turmeric juice is so refreshing. It’s so wonderful to have a place that’s gluten free, safe to eat at and delicious!!
