Katana Japanese Fusion

Ordered 2 rolls. They used soy paper because they weren't sure of the nori. They have GF soy sauce, white and brown rice is GF. They offer hibachi that is GF. Will definitely be back.

They have gluten free soy sauce, so I was able to get GF hibachi with steamed rice (not fried).Yay!They also have a grilled chicken salad that would be ok, as well as steamed veggies that could be a meal. I’m making this review before I have finished the meal, so we’ll see if it is celiac friendly. It appears to be.
