I went there because it is a noodle bar and Asians chefs do great GF stir fries with the many types of rice noodles. Unfortunately, I was told that rice noodles cannot be used for stir fry. Millions of Pad Thai lovers worldwide would disagree. The GF food they had was fine, just not what I wanted. Very hot inside and no extraction. The place was filled with cooking smoke.
Wonderful. I had the tofu and mushroom stir fry and the jasmine rice. The stir fry came in a bowl and was delicious and filling. Then we indulged in dessert - the creme brule was so good. Enjoy!
Almost anything can be made gluten free! They'll bring gluten free soy sauce to the table. The pho, gluten free spring rolls and gluten free fried rice are to die for so is the gluten free beef and broccoli! They have a creme brûlée of the day that's always gluten free and absolutely incredible even if it sounds write try it!!!!
