Friendly knowledgeable staff. Classic diner but have a separate food prep area. Unusual to find gluten free soups and there were three the day we stopped for lunch. Good fairly extensive GF menu.

2/20/2020 First stopped in 2 years ago. Still a great place for both gluten and gluten free dining. Had a tuna melt and coleslaw for lunch.

This is a little restaurant off the freeway. I was so surprised to find that they have a gluten free menu and bread so I could get my favorite—a BLT. It was fantastic. I got the broccoli cheddar soup too—absolutely no problems. Yay!

Have eaten here twice. Once for breakfast and the other for dinner. Servers are knowledgeable about the menu and there’s a dedicated prep/grill space in the kitchen. There’s a really nice variety of meals on the GF menu. Such a gem to find in such a small town!

Gluten Free Goldmine! Staff is so nice and knowledgeable! I felt so confident eating here! Best potato salad and chicken salad sandwich and club sandwich ever! Their were six of us and everyone loved their meals! (3 gluten free three non gluten free) Thankful for this app & wish we lived closer to Kay's Place! Definitely a place I would recommend!

Kays place is a classic diner. We were here for breakfast and had plenty of options. We talked to the manager (because it's the kind of place that's so friendly you want to talk to everybody) and learned about the care they take in their GF food prep. We will stop again!

Many gluten free choices! Restaurant staff very knowledgeable. I had the turkey sandwich, which was delicious. The sandwich came out separately from my spouse's food. I could of had a slice of gluten free fudge cake for dessert, but I didn't have room after the sandwich. I will be back to this restaurant.

Who would expect a small restaurant off a freeway exit would have so many gluten free options. Found it on this site when we were in the area. Asked for the GF menu which was very extensive. I asked the waitress if they used GF bread and she hesitated. Turned out she was training and clueless. She called another waitress over who assured me they take GF seriously and my food would be cooked separately. I had a patty melt that was very good. Didn't love the coleslaw (I'm kinda coleslaw picky). Learned on the way out many of the soups are GF as well as the owner's history about accommodating people with Celiac Disease. Wish I lived closer.

2nd visit. Intentionally. Gf bread and bbq sauces. No separate fryer. Knowledgeable staff. Automatically fried bfast home fries in separate pan instead of grill top. Excellent bfast sandwich.
