My wife has limited options when ordering out due to Celiacs. We ordered here hoping to add another ording option to our small pool of safe and good food.

The food was okay, not exciting but servicable and edible. We ordered delivery and were quoted a 45 minute delivery time. At 48 minutes we were told it was really 75 to 90 minutes. At an hour and 45 minutes we were told the driver would be here any second.

I stood out side in -2 degrees for 10 minutes waiting for the "any second" arrival. I called back again and was directed to the manager. The manager had me on hold for almost 10 minutes waiting for him, then waiting for him to contact the driver.

The manager was apathetic to the 2 hour and 5 minute delivery time, stating that they got busy and the delivery was delayed. I was offered a 15% credit on our next order...We will NOT be ordering again. I told him that and his attitude went from appathetic to mildly abusive.

The wings were seasoned well but arrived cool, the cajun chicken alfredo had broccoli and "roasted" carrots. Just a tip, the carrots were shredded salad carrots that maybe slightly steamed.

Be warned, kc kitchen and pizzeria is slack in there customer service, the manager doesn't really care , and the food is mediocre for the price.
