I informed the waitress I was gluten free and she made sure to tell the kitchen that my food needed to be gluten free and notified me that she had done so. She even brought the whole table gluten free soy sauce with the meal. She was knowledgeable and cautious. My favorite dish there happens to be gluten free, so I already knew it was safe, but it was nice to know that the kitchen was aware and taking extra steps to make sure my food was safe. I did not have a cross contamination reaction.
