Elegant restaurant with outstanding wait-staff and superb food. The staff knows exactly what is GF and what can be made GF (most items). They understand the "hidden gluten" and know to be careful with sauces, spice rubs etc. In addition, they understand and will work with you to provide low-carb meals, for those of us still healing and avoiding carbs. The food is the best I have had in over two years of GF food. I had the prize-winning creme brulee and understand why it won a prize. Highly recommended - I will go back to Durango just to go back to this restaurant.
