We are 100% Gluten-Free and Diabetic Friendly, and Low-Carb bakery.
On safety—We don't allow any kind of flour at all into the facility, but gluten-free. The employees have a dedicated lunch room away from our production center. We don't sell other people baked goods only what we produce because we don't trust suppliers. We take Celiac allergies and diseases very seriously like peanut allergy.
