Just had the usual naturally gf items like eggs and fruit. No separate dedicated fryer so couldn't even eat the potatoes.

Very few options, seemed to have idea what gluten is but would not have contaminated me for sure! Only options were grilled fish, steak or chicken, with no spices nor seasoning not even salt and pepper, with steamed broccoli. The food was bland and staff unable to talk through options otherwise. I would not recommend this restaurant for GF.

We are vacationing in Captiva and came across this cute little place. They have a limited GF menu, but it included great options. We were excited when we received such elegant and extremely tasty food. The waitress, Tracy, was super sweet and accommodating! I’d recommend this place if in the area.

very limited options, took forever to get a waitress and she barely came over to us to discuss what they could accommodate. messed up our order, would not recommend. better places to go to around captiva. food bland too

They do have a limited GF menu, and options were bland. I had a generous portion of grilled fish and steamed veggies that were good, and I felt comfortable that the server and kitchen were informed enough to provide a safe meal. Realistically, when I go into a restaurant without a GF menu I generally wind up with a similar meal, so I can’t be critical about the bland options. I think it’s more important that they prepare a safe meal for me.

Very limited GF menu and the offerings they did have sounded really bland. The server told me that all their dressings were gluten free so I opted for a salad with grilled chicken - which they didn’t even season with salt & pepper. It was bland but at least they weren’t hiding anything and erring on the side of caution.

They have a very limited gluten free menu. However, I was able to order the special, which was red snapper with garlic mashed potatoes and veggies. Last time I dined here, I was told that the mashed potatoes were not gluten free, but this time I was told they were gluten free. So I’m not sure why they aren’t listed in the GF menu. I ate them with no ill effects. I only gave it three stars because their options for GF are limited, and they gave inconsistent statements about the mashed potatoes.

They had a small gf menu but very limited options and not much for kids. My daughter had a burger with no bun and fruit. Not great for celiac.

List was very small but clearly marked and I am thankful for their honesty. Dinner only. Had a salad with chicken and sorbet

They do have a gluten free menu. However they are unable to offer any carbs (rice or potato) due to their seasoning containing gluten. They don't even put salt and pepper on their food. Bland. And the worst part? Same price as full menu that comes with the carbs. Less food. Same price. Sad
