Update: I've eaten here a few more times and they have cooked my GF pizza better, and my husband's. I didn't see the heartfelt reply from the restaurant, and I really appreciate it. I'll have to try a few more GF items when I get the chance!
Gf pizza was undercooked and I didn't care for the sauce. My husband didn't like his wheat crust pizza either. Expensive! I don't think we will order delivery again, or eat from there again. Not sure if celiac friendly.

Hi Kayla,
I'm sorry about your GF pizza being undercooked. I'm also sad to learn about your bad experience with our shop via this website. We try so hard to make our food and pizzas as if we are making them for a family member every time, and unfortunately, we dropped the ball when you ordered that night. For that, I am truly sorry. If we ever make a pizza that is less than desirable, is it extremely important to us to fix our sincere mistake asap because you are right, it is expensive. We hope you can give us one more chance in hopes of changing your heart about us. As for your husband not liking his crust that night, I also apologize for that as well. You stated that your husband ordered a "wheat" crust. Are you just referring to flour, or are you saying you ordered an actual "whole wheat" crust? I ask that because we do not offer "whole wheat" crust, just flour. But I know in the GF community, we call most things that are not GF, wheat. We make our dough in-house daily with Tennessee flour and it is cold proofed for 24-48 hours to perfection before it is hand-tossed into a pie. We pride ourselves in making sure that all of our food is super fresh, so to learn that you had such a negative experience really breaks my heart. If there is ever any issue with an order, I encourage our family of customers to call the shop immediately and we will gladly make it right because your experience with us matters.
Our Gf crust that we offer is Udi's brand. Just about our entire menu can be made GF. However, I wouldn't recommend it for any of the breadsticks options because the GF crust that we offer is a thin crust. Although we have a few customers who prefer their breadsticks to be made with that crust. We also cannot make a calzone with it. I was 100% GF for 8 years due to severe Celiac, but recently I was rechecked and my gut healed itself. However, during those 8 long years, I learned so much about what my favorite brands are and Udi's was at the top of my list for GF options :) Udi's is expensive but it is the best! When you order, you will most likely be ordering from me so please let me know about this conversation so I can apologize to you properly. If you have any questions please reach out to me.
Hoping to change your heart about us and hopefully this 2-star rating :)

The GF crust was so good! I ordered a gf combo pizza. It comes in a small and you can make any pizza GF. I do not have celiac, just a sensitivity and I felt fine after eating it. I do know that the gf pizzas and regular pizzas share the same pans tho, so it's not true celiac friendly. We also ordered a greek salad and it was fire!!

Thank you so much for your awesome review! :) You are right, the pans are shared with gf and non gf items. If you have any more questions, please feel free to call the shop directly or email me at [email protected]!
