Khao San

Great little Vietnamese restaurant in the Portland suburb of Bethany. They call themselves a “street food” restaurant serving grilled or fried foods. Not a Pho place. All fried food is from a dedicated GF fryer. Everything is delicious, service prompt and they are 90% GF (they do serve wheat noodles that they say are cooked separately. Some menu items are unique such as a fried catfish plate. At lunch they serve the Vietnamese equivalent to Bento Boxes. Well worth the trip to the suburbs.
