They are aware and prepared my food as ordered without the gluten components. They also have GF soy sauce. I ordered the Pad Thai. They told me the chicken and beef are floured before cooking, so I opted to have veggie pad thai and the pineapple fried rice. Both were tasty.
Good quality and nice sized portions. Their sushi (other than the obvious ones) can all be gluten free as well as they use white rice vinegar and not barley malt in the rice.
